TwelveTok is a brand operated by RBCGC Ltd, a UK-based company acting as a third-party influencer agency in partnership with TikTok. We assist creators with training, onboarding and guidance, but do not guarantee selection, performance, monetization, or visibility on the platform.

To be eligible to apply, you must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Be located in the UK or Romania

• Own and actively use a TikTok account

• Be willing to follow TwelveTok's internal standards and TikTok community guidelines

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or entry into any program. TwelveTok may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

If accepted into the program:

• You understand that participation is non-contractual and voluntary

• TwelveTok may suspend, pause or end your participation at any time

• You agree to comply with agency rules, schedule, and content policies

• You may receive performance-based bonuses, at the discretion of the agency

TwelveTok is not obligated to offer any minimum support, promotion, or financial compensation unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Data collected via this website is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We store data securely using Wix. We only share limited data (TikTok username + invitation code) with TikTok as required for agency registration.
TwelveTok reserves the right to retain data up to 12 months for internal use.

All content, branding, and materials on this site are the exclusive property of TwelveTok. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part without written permission.

TwelveTok is not liable for:

• Any bans, mutes, or actions taken by TikTok against your account

• Technical issues with TikTok or content performance

• Loss of access to monetization or diamonds due to user actions

You are fully responsible for complying with TikTok’s platform rules at all times.

TwelveTok may revise these Terms, program structure, eligibility criteria, or benefits at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.

While TwelveTok operates as a verified TikTok Live agency and offers strategic support, guidance, and program access, we do not control or represent TikTok’s moderation or platform decisions. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes (earnings, exposure, ranking), and we are not liable for any penalties or limitations applied by TikTok to your account.

However, if you are an active creator under our agency and believe a moderation action was unfair, our team may submit an internal inquiry to TikTok on your behalf. Final decisions remain with TikTok.
